Hens Eating Eggs. Help!

The water one you found I do believe is for chicks see the little red chick? And the huge bag is feed.I trust the omega 3.

So younger chicks 100% fine I would not hive to chicks who are under 6 weeks.

Ducks would be fine because their also layers.

Its kind of like a protein and vitamins mix for POULTRY.

You sure I mean I could be wrongs but it got my 5 or so hens give or take laying that haven't layer in forever.and my 8 year old hen laying again.
I'm sure. Birds that aren't actively laying really should not be eating feed with a calcium content over 2%, it can cause serious damage to the kidneys. To safely increase the overall protein content without risking health, switching to unmedicated starter or other high protein feed is best.

I bought the ceramic eggs from tractor supply and a few golf balls. Mixed oyster shells at free choice. One last thing was I used a raw egg...made a nail whole on each side blew the contents out and filled with mustard as a one time thing...chickens don't like mustard. I observed the one hen peck the mustard egg and never did it again. Seemed to combat the situation for me. Hope this helped!

Black oil sunflower seeds help with laying.

Ceramic eggs are great.

Egg with mustered don't know but sounds like It will work.

Once your hens have stopped eating eggs and have more protein in them get the omega 3 to keep them laying.

Hello,

Sometimes mine will eat their eggs too.

I take golf balls and put it in the nesting boxes.

I works!

They will learn the hard way not to peck eggs...

And it doesn't hurt them.
They just see it doesn't break.

Good Luck!
