Mille fleur d'uccle

When I asked the breed of mine here, I got about 50/50 in replies for both D'uccle and Booted Bantam. Tried to research them. Settled on calling her a Booted. How would one tell the difference? Are there specific markers for each to differentiate them for sure??

To my understanding they are two separate breeds. But there has to be SOME way to tell! Short of swabbing cheeks and asking Springer.
