Here we go again - I'm hatching more goslings!!

Thanks Sue, hoping to get 2 maybe 3 keepers out of the goslings this year for breeding. Won't know though until fall. Takes hatching so many to get just 1 worth holding on to. Utility breeds are easier because they are raised for meat. The Sebastopols on the other hand are an ornamental, so you have to judge and select traits appropriate for creating eye candy and show able birds.

but that allows people like me without the room to raise that many to still have very pretty birds

Hey guys! I've been sick and incredibly busy the last few days and haven't been on. How is everyone?! Looks like new babies will be hatching soon for many of you. I have my bcm on day 17 today, and that's it!

Here are the latest to hatch. Started Tuesday night and ended early this morning. 4 buff pomeranians from Brandon or Kawonu on here. 4 eggs sent, 4 eggs hatched.

I have 3 more eggs left this year to hatch, should be Monday or Tuesday.

Here is something completely unexpected from my first hatch. A tufted buff pomeranian. The eggs came from 1mrsmagoo and the parents are not tufted nor are any of the babies that she hatched out.
