I got my eggs today, all in great shape. Did you get yours?? I just have my sitting little end down, I'll turn every 12 hours.
I love how huge they are! So much bigger than my Giant Peking eggs even! My kids were way impressed. I'm going to Walmart to buy another LCD flashlight to candle with. I havn't checked out their air pockets or anything yet. Waiting for you two to tell me what to do. I did go reread peats directions, however.

Were those my eggs, I just checked delivery conformation...and it is showing nothing...I hope those are mine!!!!

Marty, I am guessing mine will be here tomorrow. Should have two boxes to get picked up actually. Will have our son get them and settle them into a holding rack. Hubby was transported from base today to the hospital, waiting for word on what's going on. I have the boys at home tonight and trying to get things done around here.

Yep, got your big beautiful eggs today. Your not really geographically that far. Hubbie was soooo impressed, I think he wants me to order more! LOL. He'll have to wait, my bators are both gonna be completely full!

The plan is that we three will all set our eggs the same day, presumably tomarrow night? I have a gram scale from college biio. research still, so I can weigh eggs. Are we all gonna weigh them, and weigh in weekly to compare notes and thoughts? I want you all to help me get the best hatch I can.... It would be such a shame to have those beautiful eggs wasted due to operator error!

Did you candle them..I just wondered everyone is talking about detached cells ...I've never had this happen I guess??

Nope, didn't candle yet. Don't know if I'd recognize a detached cell anyway, unless it was broken up or scrambled in. Maybe I should, but I just rest them, and pop them in bator, and candle at day 10. (I try not to fiddle with my eggs too much, but I'm gonna follow Celtic and Iains lead on this one, I've never hatched geese on my own.)

You have the toughest job! Waiting, knowing its your eggs that will be discussed, fussed, and cussed (even though they'll hatch) while we process through it.

How are the ones out of your bators at home doing?
