That would be no problem, you thinking pureed meats? Or something with a bit more fiber, like peas?

Gerber chicken has the most calories of the meat ones, so I was thinking maybe a blend of that and a veggie and cereal?

baby rice cereal works for feeding, I used to use it for my pigeon chicks when I used to race them. so long as it is soupy it should work in the syringe

No, it was a thread here on backyardchickens. You had some awesome pictures of inside a chickens mouth showing the air hole and where to put the tube...it was like intubaters club? or something?

This one!! Thank goodness you posted it, I would have never considered tubing this chick without it! I had no clue where to start, only that I could kill the chick if I put it in the wrong tube!

Pea brain seems MUCH better. Standing and walking around unsteadily. Cheeping unmercifully. I put another chick in with him again, though they seem to be ignoring each other. Pea brain is sleeping against a stuffed seal and the other chick is against the far wall. Oh well. I will try to update in the morning if the kiddos give me enough breathing room! Well, I just gave pea brain his last feeding for the night, and I need sleep! Goodnight!

EDIT: oh and he pooped greenies twice!
