9.31 am now. Central-Europe time. Amsterdam, Berlin, Rome, Paris, Madrid, Brussels, Stockholm, Geneva, Frankfurt, Vienna, Budapest, Lubjana, Split, Warchau, Copenhagen… I’m not sure which African countries/cities have the same time.
