I love bulgogi! Have you ever had bibimbop? It's very good worth bulgogi as the meat or short rib too.
I’ll have to look that up!!!! We took a warm up breakfast break and got the meat marinating. Heading back out soon with hopes of putting some tenderloin and backstraps on the menu!!!
 
Cooked it fully when I lived up there never liked undercooked fish but don't overcook it either..
Pork cutlets tonight stuffing probably corn
It does not have to be cooked at too high of heat! and only for fresh.

Freezing a fish for 24 to 72 hours at minus 4 degrees Fahrenheit or cooking it to 140 degrees F for at least 10 minutes will kill any living worms. Chances are you had a cod fillet sandwich containing tiny worms that had already been killed by freezing, cooking or both.

Plans changed a bit…..kids already asleep when we got home so I’m baking a pizza and we’ll have our wontons and bulging tomorrow night
