Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

We just finished our Sunday dinner here in Southeast Kentucky. We had Monterey chicken with rice, squash, corn, fried green tomatoes and homemade bread.

Pan fried haddock, sweet potato, & collard greens

Smoked half chicken with sweet potato and squash/okra/tomatoes

All beef burgers, home fries and pan fried squash.

I've heard from the cook that cubed beef steak, Bacon & tomato & onion gravy over rice, and green peas will be on the table tonight.

Broccoli Chicken Alfredo

My broccoli plants are getting leggy. The only one that is a bust.

I'm so excited were having manwich tonight! Been a minute since i had any. Only down side is icant taste anything with just getting over covid.
