Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Today I made champ (mash taters with spring onions / scallions) and topped a cottage pie, ready for tomorrow. I had extra champ and leftover carrots/leeks so they went in a dish with gravy. I’ll cook some sausages later and that’s dinner sorted.
 
Tonight I will make pork loin medallions to be served with sweet/sour red cabbage and a corn pudding that we bought at Trader Joe's.

I added a Bibb lettuce/mozzarella/tomato/Balsamic vinaigrette salad to the above. The Trader Joe's corn pudding was outstanding. Trader Joe's has become my favorite shopping place.

Seriously, did I really type 'porn' loin ? :th

The thought of cottage pie was not inspiring so I’ve plumped for some leftover arabiata and toasted white bread which will be slathered (I love that word) with homemade garlic butter. Dodgy, but satisfactory :)
