Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

@BReeder! I need to get back to low carb. My inflammation is flaring lately.

Last night was left over chicken, stuffing, squash - tonight was half price pasta night at our local restaurant.
It's not all that bad. Lunch today was smoked brisket, beans, pickles and coke zero. I indulged in a bit of BBQ sauce, but I stick with a vinegar North Carolina style sauce which isn't too bad. Just need to avoid the stuff loaded with brown sugar and molasses and use it very sparingly.
