Hey Grandpa, What's for Supper? Part 2

Made tinned tuna in a tomato sauce (with olives and chilli) ready for this evening. I’m sure there’s some Parmesan lurking somewhere in the fridge, which should cheer things up :)

I made veg Thai curry for DW and her pals, marinated chicken in a masala mix, roasted red bell peppers and stored in balsamic vinegar and roasted butternut squash, ready for soup tomorrow. With any luck I will not have to cook for a good few days :)
