We opted for some really gourmet fare this fine eve. -Malt-o-meal, toast, and some orange and cranberry marmalade. -tons of prep work and hours in the kitchen, no doubt.

Tonight will be creamed chicken over tater tots--a comfort food favorite around here. I'm okay with it cause I can put tons of veggies in the creamed chicken and no one cares!

although I've been thinking more along the lines of fish tacos........*wonders if there's any fish left out in the freezer*
