Sorry about the weather there. I'm almost feeling guilty our weather isn't worse, listening to reports around the country!

fish tacos didn't happen last night, it was a Taco Bell night. So, fish tacos tonight.

-pork chops in the slow cooker, brown rice, and pickled peaches.

Zucchini casserole and crashed taters

I actually went to the store and paid $ for zucchini, a fact that will have me kicking myself in August when I'm swimming in the stuff! I didn't get to freeze any last year, so don't have a ready supply. Probably the first time I've purchased zucchini for ten years!

-brisket cooked/shredded with chipotle peppers, tortillas, pico de gallo, and rice.

Pork roast in the pressure cooker with wine, shrooms and onions, will shred and make a gravy and put over egg noodles. Salad for veggie.

-bacon, swiss, and mushroom meatloaf (donrae's recipe), homemade mac and cheese, sautéed kale, and cornbread.

We had stuffed peppers, mac and cheese, green beans.

Tonight I am making breaded pork chops, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans - all to be served with a salad.
