Tonight is tzatziki, hummus, sweet / sour peppers, boiled egg and pita bread. Very healthy though sausage, bacon and eggs for lunch balance things nicely
Tonight I will make barbecued country style spare ribs, scalloped potatoes, and a zucchini/tomato/onion/garlic ratatouille. I am down to my last half dozen or so home grown tomatoes. What will I ever do for lunch ? There will be no more BLT sandwiches.
The Princess is having dinner and then going to a play with the cast from the last play that she was in. I will make a package of PF Chang Chinese food.
Tonight I will make angel hair with a turkey Bolognese sauce (thank you Trader Joe's) and heat up some sourdough bread. No Caesar salad because of the once again E coli problem with Romaine lettuce.
