The Princess is making supper - chuck pot roast of some sort.I was her sous chef and prepared the potatoes, carrots, celery, and onions. Update to follow.
She did good. It was really tasty. We added Crescent rolls to the menu.

We made chicken noodle soup with corn dumplings.
The corn dumplings were a stroke of genius out of desperation. We are out of baking powder and don't keep self-rising flour on hand. I seen the corn meal, and realized it's self-rising. So I used 1 1/2 cups of the corn meal, 3/4 cup flour, 1 cup milk, 4 tbsp butter, heavy hand of Italian herbs, pinch of black pepper, 1/2 tsp baking soda and 1 tsp salt. I used a cookie dough scoop to drop balls of the dough into the boiling soup. They turned out great!
We also made chocolate chip cookies today. Yum!
We are stuck home in a mandated shelter-in-place (we're in IL) due to the COVID-19 outbreak so we cook, craft, and catch up on garden work. Oh, and take care of three new chicks I "accidentally" got yesterday when I was buying poultry feed.

Tonight I will grill a steak, bake some potatoes, and prepare green beans. Lunch was sandwiches from the last of the corned beef.

I do not use one, I make allot of dough here but do have basic one for you

PIZZA DOUGH
Ingredients
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). In a medium bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
Stir in flour, salt and oil. Beat until smooth. Let rest for 5 minutes.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat or roll into a round. Transfer crust to a lightly greased pizza pan or baker's peel dusted with cornmeal. Spread with desired toppings and bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let baked pizza cool for 5 minutes before serving.

The Princess and I eat out a lot, and have 'favorite' waiters and waitresses. I worry bout them, and hope that they are doing okay. We are well stocked with food so should be fine.

Tonight will likely be left over chicken noodle soup. I made about 2-3 gallons of soup the other day, which resulted in a lot of left overs. It took three large bowls to store it in the fridge. I think there's about 1-1.5 gallons left still - we finished one storage bowl and started on the second.
We ended up having leftovers last night BF blood sugar dropped but at 5 I have tried to balance for 5:30 or for dinner he skipped lunch again need to start making him sandwiches 1 or so... He needs to eat
