we are having our pastor an appreciation dinner tonight so i got to fry chicken, make biscuits, and home grown green beans and a chocolate cake today

Lemon-pepper/Rosemary standing rib roast with sweet and sour red cabbage and mashed potatoes plus crescent rolls. It is smelling good in this house.

The butcher had whole pork loin on sale for 1.89 lb. Just had to buy and cut one up for the freezer.
I cut boneless chops prolly 1 1/4 thick for stuffing with homemade sage stuffing and frozen sweet corn, and a baked potato.

What a fantastic thread. I've yet to decide what's for dinner but it will probably have some form of chicken in it. Seems to be the only thing I ever eat. lol

Glad to have you join us, AmberH. What did you end up making?

It's Wednesday, so you all know the general idea of what we had for dinner.

B4D, of course! Tonight was French Toast with peanut butter, real maple syrup, and juice. So, who besides me eats French Toast with peanut butter on it?
