Thank you so very much suburban chick Farmer,
This bird did not shake his body like others do, What I mean Ihave a simple way of testing the chickens, I get one bird and push on his/or her back a liitle hard ith my hand ( a liitle Firm) andthen let it loos, if it shakes hard that means she is a girl, and really they usualy squat when you do that, and if it does not shake, that means it is a rooster, I triedthis with all my birds and so far I am right on the money

Umm, I believe it is a hen. The hackle feathers are rounded like a hens are while roosters are sharp and pointed. She looks just like my australorp Marianne. Rooster tails are usually more "arched" in comparison to females. Sorry (or congratulations), I'd say with 99.9% certainity it's a hen!

BTW, not all hens will submit to you with the "squatting down" situation. My dominant hen just looks at me with a "what do YOU think you're doing here?" attitude when I occasionally have to remind her I am the boss!
