Hey monarc!! I have a source for bobwhites!!

Yeah these guys get them to train their dogs with. There aren't that many wild quail in this area, I have been told the game people release some quail and pheasants every few years, but there is something they need in their diets that they just don't get here. I was also told that the fish and game people will just give you bobwhite eggs to hatch, but I would think they would be for release only?

Idk, we'll see, the bator they're in was being a pain in the neck when I first put them in it. I can always get some from flowerpot (I think it was!) next month when I go to southern IN to get my turkeys! I'm gonna be running all over KY and IN next month! I'm supposed to go to western KY for 1 turkey hen, then to NW KY for somme A&M quail, then SO. IN for some more turkeys (and maybe button eggs!) I'll be happy with 1 or 2 more buttons, but these looked really good when i got them. But the ones I got from marie_martin did too! I would have had 3 out of them if my stupid humidity would have been higher.
