Hi Mike!

I have not taken photos since the last ones you saw. I will try to take some today. I have one F1 cockerel I held back for breeding with what I think is SPECTACULAR type, better than any of my other cochins. He has a lot of tan showing through here and there, which tate had said earlier that those ones also seem to produce a higher proportion of better colored birds... Hopefully I will get pics today. It is raining, so I am not promising. Talk to you later. My mottleds have still NOT LAID ONE EGG in weeks. I am not holding out on you.

Can you cross a mille fleur d'Uccle with mottled cochins and get mille cochins? My Daddy has them all in one pen and this made me think. Maybe I'll hatch some and see what we get.

some have done it that way but I, personally, would never attempt it that way. It will take years upon years to breed out the d'uccle.
