Astrid slowed until she reached a stop. She huffed, gaining her breath as she prepared to run again. At those few moments she didn't check behind her to see if the men had followed.

Raine tilted his head and looked around. That's when he saw the lone man standing there. He made a soft sound to tell Astrid. The man quickly held his hands up and said softly, "Quite, I mean you no harm. I'm here to help you. I am a friend to the shifters. Go to this address, there is a shifter there named Zypher. He will help you in all ways. Just tell him, Ericsson sent you. He well understand. Now run, but stay to the North, because that is my quadrant. Good luck! Now go!" Ericsson then went back the other way.

Carrow looked around at her family. She giggled softly at Buchanan's lake of syrup on his pancakes. She then focused on eating her own.

Keira walked up the steps to the library and went through the doors, right to the computers.

"Yeah. I just hope someday I can leave here, and really enjoy being free. Because then I could live in the wild in peace. No snakes, no cage." He explained.

Aurelius tipped back to gain her feet. She looked around and said softly, "As do I. I have never seen the blue sky for myself. Only in my visions." She smiled sadly as she said, "That's the only thing, that makes them bearable. Nice meeting you Rio." She slowly walked over to the door and waited for it to open.

Amar shifted, and paced, fidgeting with her hands. For the last two days her life had been a rollercoaster of emotions, and now she was torn between several-disappointment that she couldn't shift, despair, and mostly confusion from wondering if Ashton did care for her. But was so hard to tell because Amar wasn't effected by the shift, and was only slightest bit of freedom she could hold onto in this place of misery. Now she felt heartbroken as she wondered if she lost a friend, or worse- let her down. She softly sniffed at the harshness of Ashton's words, for a girl as sensitive as Amar the words cut right through her heart.

"It is only until they can take the pin back out" Star said gently

Zypher sighed, "It was a good idea, just not well executed. We'll make it work." He said as he embrace Navar. "Alright?" He said as he pulled back and squeezed his shoulder. Navar nodded and said, " It won't happen again, I promise. " Zypher grinned happily and said, " See that it doesn't. " He then went over to the couch and sat down.

Arran quickly sat up and dug into the bag. She pulled out a small radio. She glanced at Angela as she turned it on. She then went through the stations, until Angela told her to stop.

But to answer your question, no, I have never tried to leave. See, I have a life debt to Markus. My fate was sealed, the moment he saved my life. Only when I save his life, in return, can I be released. What can I say, It's the griffin way." She explained to Rio.

"How did he save your life?" Rio asked. He had no idea how or why Markus saved her, when she has to live such a terrible life.
