Hiding From Sunlight - A Dystopian Role-Play

Gail started shivering; her breath came in sobs. She wasn't sure what was going on. Why did all this feel so familiar? She tried to grasp at the memory she felt was there, but it was rapidly disappearing again.

Matt grabbed his knife, moving back over to Falcon. He bent down next to him, cutting his knife into his flesh. (That is fine!)

Lilith walked over to the small child and placed a hand on her head softly, whispering in a comforting voice "What's wrong little girl? Why are you crying?" She knelt down so she was level with the little one.

Gail raised ther head from her knees, tears streaking her grimy cheeks. "I... I... I don't... know..." she hiccuped.
(Basically, she has PTSD, but she's forgotten exactly why, since she's only a year old)

"Okay, thanks. I know someone we can go to when you leave. He'll take out your chip for you." Wren replied, sitting down on top of the blanket. (If you don't mind that she knows Matt, @RiverStorm?)
"That sounds good." Violet said. "But I don't know exactly how to get out. So I want you to help me out here. Should we make a last minute plan or should we just wing it?"

"Look, I don`t want to hurt you. But you`ve killed people. Lots. And no matter what, your not going to do it again. I only want to help, a while back, the government caught you. They implanted you with a chip. I want- I am going to remove it." Matt said, his voice deadly. He glared at him, his usually bright golden-brown eyes dark.

Gail whimpered in fear. That was a lot of blood. She curled into a ball, shrinking, hoping they would ignore her and not hurt her.

"Oh it`s there." He flicked his eyes to Gail then back to him "That`s why your here, you killed kids." Matt`s snarled had toned down some. He absent mindlessly lowered his voice so no one would hear "For all I know, mine too." He glanced over to Lilith, he hadn`t wanted anyone to hear, he had not even meant to say that. At least he knew Falcon, Gail, and Frosty hadn`t. He raised his voice to a normal level "Did you ever think of what pain they went through? Their familys too?" he paused "Let me remove it."

Falcon removed his shirt and carefully bandaged his seriously injured head. He wearily rose with the aid of the banister. "Stay.." he hissed and reached to snag Gail

Falcon attempted to trip him, but instead tackled him into the stairs. His vision became slightly rippled from the excess bleeding.

Matt nodded "Diffidently." He walked forward and grabbed Falcon by the upper body, letting his feet drag on the floor. He pulled him over to a window so that light filtered onto him. He flipped him over onto his stomach and went to get his knife.

Frosty hopped up on a box and stared suspiciously at Falcon. "Your foot's bleeding," he chirped unhelpfully to Matt.

Matt was already digging the knife into Falcon`s flesh "Yeah, it`s been stabbed by idiot over here, the first time I darted him, and I think that, that fall broke it." he growled. His knife curved up from Falcon`s flesh, the chip was now free and Matt grabbed it carefully. He stood and dropped it on the table "Now to close it." he muttered. He held his lighter up under his knife.

Frosty looked away, memories flashing through his mind of hundreds of caged animals, whimpering and whining as they waited for their turn to be experimented on. He shivered. He remembered perfectly well the surgeries that had happened to others, even then he had forced himself to watch. He hopped down, trotting over to Gail and Lilith, trying to push the horrible memories from his mind.
