Hiding hen

I have a flock of 18 week old hens and have noticed one hen has been hiding in the coop all day and runs from the flock when she’s around them. I haven’t seen the others peck at her but have seen them intimidate her and I do have two sets of feed and water for all. How do I fix this problem?

she is probably injured. check her and look for injuries. another reason is because she has some sort of sickness or disease. she doesnt want to infect the rest if the flock. any strange behaviour or suspicions or disease?

No, she just hides and acts like she’s scared of the other hens. I have seen her eat and drink.

Coop is 5x10x10, the run is 10x20

We have 7 barred rocks and 2 Australorpes.

No, just have a tire that’s used as a dust bath. The hen just stays away from the rest in the run and if they get near her, she runs away. I’ve not seen any hens peck at her, I have seen them run up at her but not that often.
