holes in duck feet

I doubled checked her whole area and still can not find what ever sharp object it is from.could the holes be made by the drake stepping on her feet?

the picture won't show up but she has a bb sized hole and then a small one the looks like a pencil got jabbed into her foot then got pulled a little,and then a couple smaller ones,like pencil point sized.

We probably aren't going to be able to help without seeing this
