Holes in Indian runner's foot

Hi all!
My Indian runner, Poe, has holes in her foot webbing. She seems perfectly fine other than the holes. What is this and should she go to the vet?

I feel awful, but I'm not sure. I just noticed them today

I don't see any infection but you can see better than us does the skin around the hole look okay? I'd look around out in their property to see if there is anything she could have stepped on. I only see one very round hole are there more? Do they have access to a natural pond where something could have bitten her?

I had a duck with the same thing. As long as it's healed and not oozing, she'll be fine although the webbing won't grow back.

As Miss Lydia said, check to see if there's anything she could have stepped on and remove it to prevent future injuries.
