I tend to use short cuts while texting and don't always spell check before sending. My son often sends this reply "WHAT?". Lol

I don't ever go to the post office anymore. I do it online and have the mail man pick up my packages. It's so easy to do that way and you don't have to stand in the lines this time of year.

Yeah, I've considered doing the online thing but this is really the only time of year that I go to the Post office and honestly I kind of like the post offices around here. They nothing like the ones I grew up with in Chicagoland. There are 3 fairly nearby and all are real small and everyone is so friendly, never any lines to speak of (even at this time of year!). Of course it appears that their hours have been cut drastically so I may need to reconsider. But going to the PO is (IMO) part of the whole Christmas ordeal, and I love Christmas

Even if everyone in town converged on our post office at the same time I don't think the line would be unbearably long.
Most folks here don't leave the house much - aside from work.
Plus, all my shipping boxes are too large for my ornaments.

I'm to far in the sticks to get the mailman to come to my house. I do the online thing and just walk in and hand it over to Jim. He usually knows whats going on. We dont ever have more then 1 person in the PO and Jim knows everyone by name, and even PO box number. Walked in there second time ever and he was like 'Hi Casey, what can I do for you?'

Uhh tell me how you remember the names of about 2000 people!

OK, so I got lost on the way to the P.O. AGAIN, then my son came home sick from school. Then they both stayed home yesterday. So, if I can get through the work day & home in enough time I will try again. Boo.
