Between you and me.. He looks for reasons to play with his movies:lau
Although he has cordless drills everywhere. Foyer, hallway, laundry room, garage.. He tinkers with everything! Kinda like Red Green if you know what I mean! Haha
I tried it this morning. It cleans the thread part of the bottle pretty good. Hub is a weirdo, but a fun weirdo!
:wee

Well, I guess it keeps the menfolk outta the bars. :woot

Made three of these plaques after my daddy passed. Some of his old and newer fishing lures mounted on scraps of cedar. Made one for me, one for each of my younger brothers. One brother passed before getting his (brain cancer age 52), so I still have it. I made a couple that were color themed from newer lures that weren't special. Sold every last one to folks at a garage sale. One lady bought one to put on her son's headstone! I'm still floored by that one.

:( sorry about dad and brother..

Corrugated plastic signs, like housing developments and political campaigns use. I got a bunch free curbside a while back. Taping them together to make a waterproof easy-clean folding floor mat for henhouse. I've been testing a section and it works great. They get brittle in the hot sun after a long while, but under bedding that shouldn't be a problem. I'm thinking I'll run them up the side walls 6" or so. Also might have enough to make a lightweight barrier between bird section of henhouse and isolation/storage area. Easily removed and stored, cleans up well, rigid enough but lightweight. Cuts easier than chicken wire and doesn't threaten to put your eye out.

That is an awesome idea! :thumbsup

I asked my husband to clean the water bottles in our chick brooders the other day. 15 minutes later I see him playing with his computer again! I said did you clean those bottles or what? He said of course! Wait for the video if you think I'm lying.. Good grief charlie brown. He owes me 1 brush by the way!
:pop

This is just great and can be applied to clean other things as well. You know men just LUV TOOLS.:thumbsup

Another good use of a toilet bowl cleaner without the drill is to capture and finish off spiders. Using something else like a paper towel, and you risk lil devl escaping. I also did want to mention the following and that is self explanatory.

I don't know if paintings count, but doing it yourself is a lot better than buying a picture or copy of a painting at the store!

The last one is what I'm currently working on - a picture of my chicks!
