Homicidal Drakes! PLEASE HELP!*UPDATE*

Eat them. Or restrain them and hold them for a few hours, on their backs. Dont even let them wriggle around, just hold them. (one at a time obviously). You might have to hold their heads under a wing if theyre nipping at you- or just hold them closed in one hand, but let their nostrils out so they can breathe! After a while try tipping them right side up in your lap and let loose of their bill. If they go back to attacking you, start over. repeat until they chill out. You might have to do that a few times over the course of a couple hours, and then you should repeat it every day whenever they get obnoxious. Eventually though they'll realize they live in your territory and you're biggest duck on the beach and they'll chill out.

If that fails, I would eat them. And I'd probably have no issue lopping their stubborn little heads off after all that.

HA! I would have no problem now lopping off their heads, they are so mean! The whole holding them for a couple HOURS doesn't thrill me.

It might not take that long. Imagine them out in the wild fighting over their 3 square feet for nesting- the fights dont last more than a couple minutes between drakes. Its just worse case scenario.

I will try that. Its scary when you have ten pounds of pure rage charging at you.

Ticks, didn't you hand raise these ducks? They are likely imprinted or bonded to you and they are not afraid of you. They are also treating you as one of their own. Of course being males, it is the season for mating behavior.

I have an imprinted drake from a rescue and I never run from him. When he wants to show my ankles who is boss, I just pick him up and hold him on his back and take his bill in my hand gently. I sweet talk him for a few minutes and let him down. He runs to the pool and washes off my cooties and leaves me alone for a while.

They are looking for your attention and they don't have lips to kiss you with and they go for what they can reach. The video didn't look like they were violent. THey were responding to your attention with the camera.

I bet if you got on the ground again with treats they would climb on you again. Other than that, they are acting like drakes. They can be stinkers.

When I go in the coop they fan out their tails and attack me. put their heads into their chest and just shoot it out.

atleast I have one drake who likes me, and my hen. He is always with my hen, and never attacks me.
