Eat them. Or restrain them and hold them for a few hours, on their backs. Dont even let them wriggle around, just hold them. (one at a time obviously). You might have to hold their heads under a wing if theyre nipping at you- or just hold them closed in one hand, but let their nostrils out so they can breathe! After a while try tipping them right side up in your lap and let loose of their bill. If they go back to attacking you, start over. repeat until they chill out. You might have to do that a few times over the course of a couple hours, and then you should repeat it every day whenever they get obnoxious. Eventually though they'll realize they live in your territory and you're biggest duck on the beach and they'll chill out.
If that fails, I would eat them. And I'd probably have no issue lopping their stubborn little heads off after all that.
