My first thought was Blue Cuckoo Marans…one of mine had one feather on one leg, the other is clean legged, lol.

With yellow feet? Marans are supposed to have white skin, not yellow.

I agree that they are probably Blue Cuckoo or Blue Barred, but I think probably not Marans.
