Horses!!!!!!!!

I have 2minis. One if my minis is trained for a cart and it was so easy to train him he caught on quick. Also carts don't have to be high price. U can buy a old used one a rebuild it. My dad found one at a black smith shop. Brought ur home and I re build it. Sanded it down painted it put on new spring and sanded down and stain a new seat out of an old price of oak board. Cost maybe $50.00 all together.
Also if you get a grade pony or mini they don't have to high price either. Between my self and my dad we have 9 horses and only paid $900.00 for all of them in all. 6 out 9 were free

What's the difference between a welsh pony and a welsh cob?

Should probably google this to get a really good answer. But just generally I think a Welsh pony is a small very elegant refined pony, maybe a bit showy and high strung? A mix of native Welsh pony stock and Arabian. Comes in three official sizes. A Welsh cob however would be a mix of Welsh pony and maybe a slightly larger hardier draughtier breed? They might be more stocky and all round useful?

There is a Welsh registration that recognizes 4 different sizes and types, though they consider them all to be pretty much the same breed. The Welsh pony has a more refined type; the cob has a bit more bone and even a little bit of feathering on the legs.

What are your top ten breeds that you think I should get? I'm only getting one. Under 14 hands. Keep it small, like a mini or a pony. I have to stay cheap. It out of my pocket. ( I'm 14) hoping to get one in the next 2-3 years. :)

Somethings to consider:
Are your parents on board with the addition of a horse?
How will you finance the ongoing care of the horse? The initial purchase price is such a small portion of the actual cost of having a horse - have you considered what your annual cost is going to be and how you will support that? You seem to be concerned about cost already.
If you are 14 now and do get the horse three years from now what is your long-term plan for the horse when you have reached adulthood and (presumably) leave home a year later?

My mom said start saving and dad said maybe. I am planning on getting a Job with my local vets office or do little jobs here and there. And I'm not planning on moving out unil I'm out of collage.
