Houdans x white polish frizzles

I love both. Genetically what colors would I hatch out? Mottled and white?

Depends on whether the polish are recessive white or dominant white. You’ll likely get chicks that are black, black with leakage, or white with some scattered black spots. Half will be frizzled, assuming what you have aren’t frazzles. No mottling will show up in the first generation, it’s recessive so needs two copies to show. The offspring crossed to one another or crossed to a houdan would give you an amount of mottled chicks.
