How can I easily clean up my duck?

Is there any way I can easily clean up and look after my duck when she lives indoor and often stays on a bed without having to constantly buy dog diapers for her?

It’s hundreds of dollars a month just for her dog pads and that really isn’t working out when she needs food, treats, and toys. Does anyone know we can easily clean her up or can share how they easily clean up their duck when they live indoor and often on a bed? Thank you!

Not an easy way unless she's in a mostly bare room without furniture.

I have had ducklings in the house confined to my sunroom where I have a tiled floor, Clean up was easy. If you want to keep you duckling free ranging in your home you will have to go down the route of ducky diapers. That will be cheaper than puppy pads

As someone who has indeed had ducks indoors, and indeed, on the bed
I can assure you that you are doomed

(okay not so dramatic answer)
Is this a longterm or short-term situation?
I allowed them on the bed most mornings, while I got their carrier and food prepared to take outside (because ducks shouldn't be indoors 24/7, they need the enrichment of the mud and bugs and sunshine, and if hens, they need the time outside for Vit D for egg laying)
While on the bed, I'd lay out a thick blanket to protect it as much as I realistically could. Well, some of those poops were juicy and the blanket didn't save my duvets. Constantly cleaning and changing sheets.
Duck diapers? Sure we tried em. Sprightly went first, and as soon as I let her go with her beautiful diaper on, she ran in circles in panick wondering what the heck was on her butt. Dougie flew off the bed in the chaos to save herself.
Long story short, a lot of ducks don't appreciate diapers. They work, yes, but unless you introduce them while they're babies, it's not worth the stress.

You can see where this is going, as soon as I had a good pen secured and a duck house for at night, they were outside!
I miss them some days, we used to have the best cuddles in the evenings. But it's better this way, they're happier and I'm happier I have less cleaning!
I wouldn't have another house duck unless I adopted a handicapped duckling someday, then I may consider it.

So no I wouldn't reccomend having them indoors. But if you have to, then here's my best tip: washable reusable puppy pads. They're absorbant like puppy training pads but they can be washed and reused, better for the environment and better for your purse.
