How do I build this coop?

I've been browsing coop designs online prepping for our first ever 26 chicks coming in a month... and really like the looks of this one.

There's no way we can spend two grand on it though!

If you know of some similar design plans we could look at, rather than re-inventing the wheel, I'd love to hear about them.

Also would like feedback on pros & cons of this style of housing, especially as it relates to the New England area - is a design like this going to give them enough winter space & insulation?

Anybody use this style of house? What do you like & dislike? Thank you!

I cant answer any of the suitability questions related to your region BUT I do know you could buy the materials and build that for a third that price unless wood is unbelievably expensive where your at...sorry to who ever is selling it
