Cottage cheese with diced fresh tomato and dash of salt and pepper stirred in. Add some diced green bell pepper or jalapeno or banana pepper. mmmm mmmm good.
Don't know if u've ever heard of it, but it's called Bragg's Liquid Aminos!!! Soo sooo good , it'll make anything taste yummy... we love it on our popcorn!! You can find it any whole foods ,or health food store.. shoot, we live in a tiny town and it's in our local grocery store , with the "health food " items! Definitely worth a try!!!!

Take some frozen raspberries from the store. Let them thaw, and cook them down and reduce them in a nonstick pan. Add a little sugar to sweeten them. Put them in a jar and let them get cold in the fridge. Mix some in with the cottage cheese. Its so good.
