How do you make cottage cheese taste good?

I like dill weed and a pinch of garlic mixed into my cottage cheese.

If you are doing low carb you might be better off getting the 4%, most 'low fat' products add a lot of sugar (and thus calories) to make up for the reduced fat content. Best to compare and read the labels.
 
So if I say I like it full fat with cherry pie filling on top that wouldn't be a diet lunch huh?

When I am wieghtlifting and bulking I eat it often before I go to bed as it is slow to digest and feeds muscles for most the night. I eat the regular kind and with light crackers. You will get used to the taste over time unles you bought low-fat then I dont know what to tell you. I once bought a tub took one bite and threw it in the trash.
May not be the healthiest but I bulk for 12 weeks and for a couple weeks after I take fat burners and cut out carbs where I can. It really gives you that ripped look and makes those abs pop. A week before a pool party or going on vacation to the beach I cut out carbs completly. I do no cardio as I am a hard gainer and dont want to loose mass I worked so hard for.

Ditto for if I like it with black pepper(coarse ground), Tabasco (lots), and potato chips(the kicker).​
