Mix with jello powder. sugar free is ok too. I've been making FF cottage cheese with sugarfree raspberry jello and thawed raspberries from last year.
About 2 cups CC
1 small box of jello
1 cup of rasperries
Kinda sweet and salty
or if your more into veggies try
shredded cukes, carrots, radish, and green onion.
I have found that if you can find the Large Curd it is better, but salt and pepper is the best. I guess I was a weird kid I always loved Cottage Cheese and Sour Cream. In fact my mom used to hide them in the fridge cause I would get a spoon the container and enjoy !
I second Imp's recipe. That stuff tastes GOOD. my sister makes it. I refuse to make it because they fed it to us in vegetarian boarding school and I am still on strike thirty years later in protest, but if she makes it I clean up half the pan!
