If a duck is a cross and you know what the two breeds it's parent are, can you estimate how many eggs it will be able to lay a year? The parents are a male swedish blue and a female cayuga. Cayuga can lay between 100-150 eggs a year and swedish blues can lay between 100-180. Based off of this, is there anyway to tell how many eggs their babies should lay?

Short answer is No.

Those numbers are just estimates anyway....and a huge range.
If you own the female and know how many eggs she lays per year,
then maybe you can guess closer.

But curious, why?

The parents are mine and I was just wondering how much their babies might lay in the future.

So does your female Cayuga lay between 100-150 eggs a year?
I would assume her offspring would lay about the same.
