How do you wrap a gosling wing with a torn ligament/ suspected angel wing

My month old gosling has what looks to be an angel wing.. the vet says he tore his ligament.. The vet wrapped him up but the wrap came off so I had the rewrap him.. how do I tell if he's still getting circulation to this wing? — I wrapped the vet wrap around him diagonally covering his bad wing but leaving his other one free.. He seems more comfortable with it like this and it hasn't slipped up yet.. please help.. he's my baby I've raised him since birth.

You should be able to easily fit a finger underneath the bandage. If it is hard to do so, it is probably too tight which would require bandaging looser.

how long did you leave it on? was it on all the time or did you take if off a few hors /day ? thnx
