22/26 the girls are doing wonderful. 1 poor girl is lying giant eggs

Still 1/15 layers. Even threatening hasn't worked on them. I am pretty sure they laugh when I am not looking

5 Chicken egg's today from 10 hens with one with 5 week old chicks and two hens at-least making a nest under the shed just waiting to see if they are going to sit on them .....

8 out of 13 today numbers are up! 2 brown,6 white....but oh my the size of the brown ones...

We found this bad boy at lunch....found another not quite as large at dinner. for comparison purposes there is an average xlarge egg beside "the mammoth"....no wonder the girls were fussy today! That had to hurt!

All good size and healthy thick shell I guess the ground up Oyster Shells are working as I purchased an electric grinder at the second hand store for $ 10. dollars just to grind up the Oyster shells and put the powder into the feed daily .....
