I can't tell you how happy it makes me to hear that you suspect that came out of a Wyandotte. I have 4 Wyandottes that are 16 weeks old. The possibility of eggs like that makes me smile

They came 3 days in a row double yolkers, that would had hurt coming out.

The best egg producers for the summer heat seems to be the Molted Houdan's 1st place and the Russian Orloff's coming in a close 2nd place

with the Road Island Red's coming in 3rd place and the Easter Eggers coming in 4th place .. Just my observation for the last month ....
