9 yesterday. Lowest total of the year. In 8 days I've gotten 87.
Yesterday was 3/7, 3/7, 2/8, 1/2, 0/2, 0/2. The latter 4 units have no added light. The first 2 have had added light a couple months.

Adding extra light & upping protein would be my suggestions. With the extra light being the most important.

7 eggs again yesterday.

I found a hidden nest with 6. It's been about 35-50* and dry for the past week so they are still good. That means that at least 3 of my hens, out of 11 are starting to lay again.

By adding more good layers?! What I'm going to be doing this coming weeks. Purchasing black sex link, australorps and production reds known to be good layers. Right now am only getting 55% from my current flock.
