Temps were just plain HOT with no breeze

sitting at 4 to 5 depending most of my pullets are 19 to 23 weeks and should be laying themselves
soon.
Than again we are only in the mid 80's here in Western Washington State that is

2/2/15 - most pullets are starting to do their sing song rants

6 of 6 today plus 6pullets. I think one of the pullets might be laying. The "ameraucana" is either her or one of the bards becuase occasionally I'm getting one almost white cream colored egg. It's not a true white but certainly paler them my lightest tan so far. I was hoping to get a 7th egg today to get a confirmation, but no luck.

Not bad this group lost two hens this last weekend

3 eggs from the free range chickens

Temp for the day 117F degrees and did not get a breeze till after 10 in the evening

Sold a couple of young pullets to a New BYC member this afternoon

Strange turn around today... My count for today was 3/6 instead of just the one or two lol... Must be the cold snap making them lay lol
