I am diabetic, type 2, so I tend to want to make things with less sugar!! I think next time I will try a half cup of sugar and see what I think and then adjust from there if needed.I think the answer is "Yes" given the recipe called for 0 to 2 cups of sugar. No sugar = tart, 2 cups of sugar = glucose spike and the need for more insulin.
I haven't decided.As long as you like what it tastes like it’s neither too sweet or too tart IMO.
So the question is... do you like it??
So far I've only tried it on 1 thing and couldn't decide what I thought other then the texture was very different! I'm going to continue to try it on/with different things and see what I think it works well with.
