How Many Eggs Did You Get Today?

I think the answer is "Yes" given the recipe called for 0 to 2 cups of sugar. No sugar = tart, 2 cups of sugar = glucose spike and the need for more insulin.
I am diabetic, type 2, so I tend to want to make things with less sugar!! I think next time I will try a half cup of sugar and see what I think and then adjust from there if needed.

As long as you like what it tastes like it’s neither too sweet or too tart IMO.

So the question is... do you like it??
I haven't decided. :gigSo far I've only tried it on 1 thing and couldn't decide what I thought other then the texture was very different! I'm going to continue to try it on/with different things and see what I think it works well with.

8 eggs today with 3 of them being pullet eggs. At least 1 was a first time pullet egg because it's a darker brown. Not dark enough to be chocolate, but definitely a darker egg than the tan ones.
I usually make my jams and jellies with low sugar or no sugar recipes, but the pectin that I had on hand was for regular. Interestingly enough, the jam recipe didn't call for any pectin!
The group of pullets that have just started laying are from the 9 I hatched earlier in the year. I gave 3 of them to my son and I am confident that at least 2 of the 6 I kept are roosters ( I've been hearing new crowers)!
