She does most of the laundry though I will lend a hand when she's not able to get to it.

Hubby and DS did dishes tonight! I didn't have to do anything! YAY! They even took out the trash and seperated the clothes to get ready for laundry TOMORROW!

I have to say, my hubby helps me with just about everything around here. He does dishes, laundry, cleans the bathroom, feeds the outside animals even when it is pouring or really sloppy out, he scoops the cat box even though he hates them and he also cooks dinner several nights a week. We share all the chores I guess. I try to do a majority of them because I am home during the day watching 2 two year olds, but when he comes home and there is still things to be done, he does them.

The kids have chores too, their job is to clear the table and rinse the dishes. Hubby or I load them in the dish washer or wash what needs to be washed. Usually between the hubby and I, one will wash, one will dry..team work I guess!

you mean that men CAN do house work? lol my hubby sometimes will do dishes but he puts everything in the wrong cupboards.. he isnt allowed to do laundry any more since he dumped 1/2 a gallon of bleach in with my favorite jeans... sigh... i dont even ask anymore.... i just do it my self. plus he isnt home much since he is a truckdriver lol. so 90% of the time if i dont do it it doesnt get done lol

My DH does not do alot around the house, but he brings in the bucks & gives good backrubs & takes me out to dinner,so it's okay. There are exceptions to the gender/housework division. PREGNANCY and illness are two exceptions. McCord is, like, 11 months pregnant and has a *whole bunch* of little kids.

She should get the Princess treatment! I want to go to her house and kick her guy in the can.

Mine does not do cooking or washing however he would do the chickens without a problem if I don't feel good or very busy with family project that I would not be able to get home on time to shut the girls up for the night. He can take some time out to play with DD sometimes but I do not TRUST him near the washing machine!!!!!!!!!!!! Putting reds with whites or blue jeans with towels, etc. He know now but I am not giving him any opporuntities to do so.
