How often do you eat eggs for breakfast & how cooked?

It is DIVINE. A lil kosher salt sprinkled over the top and you are transported

I like mine sunny side up with the edges crispy with a little salt, pepper, and Tabasco or green chili.

I like to mop up the yolk with toast made from fresh home made bread. Sometimes I like to whip in pesto and serve on fried ham with melted mozzarella (green eggs and ham). Then there is the Denver Omelet, and ..... well I guess I like eggs so I'm gonna look at all the post to see if I can some other ways to enjoy them.

I've used half & half before - a bit richer than milk - but less fat - lol hoping it is better for me anyway...

I eat one to two eggs for breakfast every day--very few exceptions. But I always mix it up on how i eat them. quiche (crustless), fritatta, scrambled with sauteed veggies either in the eggs or on top. And always with cheese.

I am like my chickens - I am a creature of habit. When I wake up - I stick a bagel, english muffin, or biscuit in the toaster and an egg in the microwave (in my little muffin sized cooker) - then I go yell at the kids, etc to get ready for work - come back - stick some cheese on the egg to melt - and then before i leave I slap it together and take it with me. It's funny - it's more breakfast than I am used to - but I have been losing weight - guess cause it's filling and stays with me. I sometimes slice a tomato - or stir a lil bit of salsa into the egg. So much better than any drivethru sandwich... especially when I get spoiled with a double yolker!

a dozen a day you did need chickens!
We have hard time eating 4-5 a day and are getting over a dozen eggs/day and half aren't laying yet.
all the neighbors are now eating eggs each morning as well.
I'm getting real good at flipping over easy each morning
