How often do you eat eggs for breakfast & how cooked?

has to be fried eggs, slap some butter or bacon grease in the pan and cook the egg slowly, has to be over-medium, with a thick orange yolk in the center

Hi,

I love eggs but don't eat them often because by the time I get done fixing them for everyone else, it's gotten so late that I just don't bother--just too much trouble to cook another breakfast. But, sometimes, I'll eat them for another meal. When I do eat them, I like them sunny side up or over easy.

Well, for breakfast it's usually omlettes or scrambled. The kids like theirs with just salt and white pepper. For mine I like them with salt and powdered chipotle. For massive egg consumption we do French toast made with home made bread.

We eat eggs several times a week. Over medium, boiled, scrambled (especially good with purple onion), or to make French Toast. The favorite around here is a couple poached sitting on a bed of hash browns. That's like a weekend thing.

Not as often as you'd think with 34 fowl! I probably average eating eggs 2-3 times a month. I like them over easy but am starting to cook them more like over medium so the yolk isn't so runny. Got to guard from those pesky bacteria! I also like them hard cooked and of course in baking of any kind

Jeez, that's kinda like eating "just a smidge" (meaning "a little")

Not just quail eggs, but button quail eggs. It's always fun to tell someone you had 15, 20, or more eggs in a meal.
