How often do you eat eggs for breakfast & how cooked?

I eat a poached egg on toast with cheese most mornings and I boil my husband 10 to 12 at the first of every week and he eats them for breakfast on his way to work.

Jeez, that's kinda like eating "just a smidge" (meaning "a little")

Not just quail eggs, but button quail eggs. It's always fun to tell someone you had 15, 20, or more eggs in a meal.

ROFL If I'd eaten 30 chicken eggs, I'd need help for sure!

30 button quail eggs = 1/2 cup of eggs once cracked open.

That was still an awfully big sandwich!

I eat 3 eggs nearly every day, plus a slice of sprouted bread and a big smear of pastured organic butter. Breakfast of champions!

Sometimes I do this as a midnight snack too... so easily I go through 3 dozen eggs per week, or more (with baking, etc)... so I'm getting started with chickens, b/c that is 50$+ per month in just eggs!!!!

2-4 times a week, usually an omelet with onion, mushrooms, and cheese. Sometimes fried with toast or bisquits, bacon, and white gravy. I am planning on a quiche soon, though, haven't made one in years.
