I think it was a bit bigger than Shirley's egg, but cant be sure

Age: 15.5 weeks
Length: 5 centimetres
Width: 3.4 centimetres
Hers never seem to get bigger

Thats it for now. I have three more hens, but they are all only 17 weeks old, so I'm not expecting them all to have laid until the end of January.

21 weeks EXACTLY today and we got our first egg!! An early Christmas present from one of our girls!

Update on the brown shavers;
Daisy started laying today, a huge egg thats about 8 cm long. I think they're 18 weeks old now. Its a double yolker!!!!
