Yeah for swings!! Is it battery or electric-powered?

If battery, keep a pack of fresh batteries nearby. They will die when you need them most.

She's a tiny little girl, she looks like she may still enjoy swaddling. Some do, some don't. Has your mom shown you how to swaddle yet?
You'll find out really quick if she likes to be swaddled or not.

And, yes, co-sleeping is awesome. But keep her side of the bed pushed against the wall so she doesn't fall off. Stuff a sheet in the crevice if there's too much space.

she is adorable, I had forgoten about the swings they are great, even better if you have those convertable nightgowns. I have a few new ones (I use them in my baby gift baskets) if you like I will send one with directions, they are great because they go from nighty to pant legs so when you strap them into a swing or a seat you dont have to yank the nighty up just change the snaps.

ya the swing i have is a battery powered one , (mistake) -> should have gotten electric one LOL haha

they sometimes take an ac adapter also you can look to see if one is in the box or if it has a hole for one, you probably have some lying around if it does take one.

you will appreciate the battery when you move it around a lot, which I am sure you will be
