How to help my chicken

Hello!
One of my chickens hasn't been able to fly higher than a few inches for a couple months. She seems to be a little weaker than the others and I was wondering if you might have any ideas on what to give her and the other hens that could strengthen them.
Also, 2 of my chickens have passed away from a sickness where they slowly get weaker and eventually become paralyzed. Do you have any ideas on what this is and how I can prevent it?

You may want to do some reading on Mareks disease, since paralysis is one of the 4 types. To help with immunity, I would use vitamins and probiotics in the water 2-3 days per week. Also worming can help. Here is some reading about Mareks:
